Uniswap to charge 0.15% to swap certain tokens on web interface and wallet

Uniswap will implement a 0.15% new swap fee for ETH, USDC, WETH, USDT, DAI, WBTC, agEUR, GUSD, LUSD, EUROC and XSGD.
