North Dakota to get piece of $22.5 million settlement from crypto platform Nexo Capital

Officials reached a $22.5 million settlement with cryptocurrency platform Nexo Capital Inc. on behalf of 53 U.S. jurisdictions, according to the North Dakota Securities Department.
